General Meeting: Georgia Pacific

On Tuesday April 5th, ASME had a general meeting with a speaker from Georgia Pacific. After eating a meal of Chick-fil-A and going over ASME business. We learned about the various engineering positions and opportunities at Georgia Pacific as well as a quick look into the paper making process. We also learned that the best toilet paper is Quilted Northern® Ultra Plush.

Milwaukee Tool Tour

ASME traveled to Milwaukee Tool in Brookfield, WI on the afternoon of February 26, 2016. We received a tour of their impressive facility, were given the chance to learn from and network with many of their UW engineering grads, and participated in competitive power tool relay races. Those who've attended this tour agree that it is one of the better ASME trips to take part in. 

ASME Conference

ASME traveled to Milwaukee School Of Engineering this year for an annual conference event! Many of the officers and some general members made the trip to experience more of what ASME can do and has been doing around the United States.
